Over Thanksgiving, my family and I stayed at a hotel located in the heart of a picturesque Irish town. We loved that the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and parking, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel had a great location, just a short walk away from the town centre and the local attractions. Our favourite aspect of the hotel was that it had a beautiful rooftop terrace with stunning views of the surrounding area.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. One thing we didn't like was that the room we stayed in seemed a bit dated, and the bathroom fixtures could use an upgrade. Additionally, the hotel could improve their customer service as the staff members weren't particularly friendly or accommodating. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed exploring the charming town.

The outdoor seating area was the perfect spot to relax with a cold drink after a busy day. The room service was excellent, with fresh towels and toiletries restocked daily. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of healthy options to enjoy. We loved the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain range from our room window.
The elevator was often slow, causing us to use the stairs a few times.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city alley. The cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and helpfulness of staff were top-notch. The parking was free and it was convenient to get around the city.

What a wonderful romantic escape we had! The hotel was in an amazing location, close to bars and restaurants and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was fantastic, spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a lovely big shower with a sunflower head. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary fan that they delivered to our room, which was great as it allowed us to keep the window open without the noise from outside bothering us.
On the downside, the loud music coming from the club nearby was a bit too much and kept us awake at times. Also, the hot breakfast didn't come with mushrooms or beans, which we found to be a bit strange and frustrating to have to order separately. a great experience that we would definitely do again.

the apartment is in the centre of Killarney with easy access to lots of pubs and restaurants and above an area where bands can play constantly from 3pm to 3am, we enjoyed listening to and sleeping to their music. the apartment was large and roomy, good airconditioning, and double glazed
We would have liked a welcome pack to include some milk to go with tea and coffee,and some washing up liquid to do dishes, otherwise well equipped and supermarket close by, but closed by time we arrived late!

Everything. Free car parking. Great rooms, very modern, lovely spacious bathrooms with plenty of toiletries, towels, hairdryers etc. Fully equiped kitchen, even suppling tea and coffee, lovely sitting room area, etc. Definitely the place to stay in Killarney. Very very nice.

Staff were friendly but the apartment that we stayed in for 3 nights was not serviced and it only had single beds. The music in the evening was extremly loud till 11:30pm which was not ideal with two small kids.

Great apartment right in the centre of Killarney. Very clean and spacious and great for a group of friends travelling together. Excellent value!
Had a few troubles with all getting hot water for showers our first night - there was a boost button on the hot water unit that needed to be pushed, otherwise it went cold after one shower. Also would be good if WiFi was available in the apartment.
